At AV Counselling, I strive to make therapy accessible while valuing the time and effort we both invest in your healing journey. Here's what you need to know about my sessions and fees:
Fees
This is an opportunity for us to meet, discuss your needs, and see if we're a good fit.
Each session lasts 50 minutes.
Sessions are typically held weekly, but we can adjust the frequency based on your needs and circumstances.
All sessions are currently conducted online via secure video call or by telephone.

I believe that financial circumstances shouldn't be a barrier to receiving support. I reserve a limited number of reduced-fee slots for:

Cancellation Policy
I understand that life can be unpredictable, but I also ask that you value our scheduled time together. My cancellation policy is straightforward: if you need to cancel or reschedule, please give me at least 24 hours' notice. In this case, there will be no charge. However, for cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, the full session fee will apply.
Payment Methods
I accept payments via bank transfer or PayPal. Payment is due at least 24 hours before each session or at the time of booking for package options.
Confidentiality and Ethics
As a registered member of the BACP, I adhere to their ethical framework. Our sessions are confidential, with some standard exceptions related to risk of harm to yourself or others, which I'll discuss with you in our initial meeting.
